At Eneba we are embarking on an exciting journey to revolutionize the mobile gaming distribution. The Business Development Director would play the pivotal role in shaping new business case strategy, overseeing its growth, managing key partnerships, and driving the success of this dynamic venture. This is a unique opportunity to be among first hires in this new business category, which is starting in South East Asia and later expanding to other regions. Collaborating closely with the executive team, product managers, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the landscape of mobile gaming at Eneba.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the mobile gaming category, driving growth and optimizing performance.
- Operate as a subject matter expert for the Mobile gaming category, including industry trends, business dynamics, and partner landscape.
- Identify and prioritize critical B2B partnerships within the mobile gaming sector, leading their onboarding and nurturing strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance the user experience for the mobile gaming category, contributing to the evolution of the product roadmap.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to support our ambitious goals, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives that are instrumental in achieving the category's success.
Areas Business Development Director will own and contribute to in the next 12 months:
- Develop a comprehensive expansion strategy for the mobile gaming category.
- Establish and lead a dedicated operations team to drive seamless execution.
- Establish strong relationships with major Mobile games developers.
- Scale the mobile gaming category across diverse geographical regions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of business cases.
- At least 3+ years of management experience in mobile game distribution across South East Asia, India, MENA, or Latam.
- Has a high level understanding of payment methods, user acquisition, supply management and other operational areas of running Mobile games distribution.
- Proven track record of driving successful partnerships and collaborations.
- Competencies needed for the role: thinking in a structured way, strong analytical and data focused mindset, effective time and energy management skills.
- Interpersonal skills like: excellent negotiation and presentation skills; ability to build robust relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Great English speaking and writing skills.
- Full time remote work, regular commuting to European and Singapore HQ.
Yearly Gross salary starting from 700000CNY
- Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
