How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the enhancement of our digital customer experience across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and online portals.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems and sales enablement tools, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient reporting, and effective utilization by the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to gather and analyze customer data, extract insights, and provide recommendations to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development and refinement of sales performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decision-making and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, identifying areas for streamlining and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital customer experience, sales operations, and data analytics, and actively propose innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Around to 3 - 5 years of experience in sales operations, digital customer experience, or data analytics, preferably within the energy industry or a related industrial field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Recognition of deficits and violations among Suppliers and is confident to escalate these to the cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in managing exchange of information or complaints with colleagues and Suppliers
  • Ability to evaluate the alternatives weighing up pros and cons and comparing the total impact of the courses of action.
  • Technical understanding (DIN and Siemens Energy Standards, reading drawings, technical delivery specifications, etc.)
  • Excellent English language skills, German language skills desirable
  • Travel percentage ~10%
