Job Duties:
- Source potential investment opportunities in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia; conduct market research, due diligence, IC memos, business negotiations, deal execution, etc.
- Responsible for overseas portfolio management, including evaluating the performance and material issues of portfolio companies, preparing portfolio management reports and report to the investment committee.
- Maintain the cooperative relationships with overseas partners.
- Provide relevant internal support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from top universities globally; finance, accounting or other related majors are preferred.
- Proficient in oral and written English, and advance in written Chinese.
- More than 3 years’overseas investment work experience; familiar with the industry landscape in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
- Strong deal sourcing and communication skills and critical thinking capabilities
- Must have at least 180 days of stay in HK between Apr.1,2022 and Mar.31,2023, or 300 days of stay in HK between Apr.1,2021 and Mar.31, 2023.
