RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist financial consultant specializing in corporate and general insurances
- In-charge of administrative matters related to clients' servicing issues
- Claims processing and tracking of claims
- Client servicing
- Processing and submission of clients' documents
- Reply emails to clients' queries
- Helping consultant keep good administrative record of clients' documents
- Any other administrative works required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Apps
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability
